Donating your Pre-Loved to Prama
There are a number of ways that you can donate your pre-loved items to Prama!
For furniture and other large items, you can arrange for us to collect these items from your home using our Donation Collection Service. If you are planning on donating smaller items that aren’t as difficult to transport or you can bring them into your local Prama Charity Shop.

We accept a wide range of furniture and large items, including but not limited to:

How to book your donation collection
Donating your furniture and large items is simple and hassle-free. Here’s how:
⦁ Send Us Photos: Start by sending us pictures of the items you wish to donate. You can do this easily via WhatsApp at: 07460 298053 or by emailing: furniture@prama.uk. Please include your name, address, and a brief description of the items.
⦁ Schedule a Collection: Once we receive your photos, our team will review the items to ensure they are suitable for resale. If they meet our criteria, we’ll arrange a convenient day with you for collection. Our friendly and professional team will pick up the items directly from your home on the agreed date and time
Donations we cannot accept…
To keep our staff and customers safe, there are some items that we can’t accept.

⦁ Bedding / pillows / duvets
⦁ Underwear
⦁ Damaged or unsaleable furniture
⦁ Furniture without a fire label
