At PramaCare our team work hard all year round, providing the best possible domiciliary care to our clients across Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and East Dorset.
There is a lot of hard work that goes on behind the scenes in scheduling, managing and supporting the core care team, to ensure consistent and reliable care is provided to all our clients every day.
On Friday 13th June, we celebrated each and every one of them by hosting our first ever PramaCare awards which was held at the beautiful Upton BayCare Home – Hamworthy.
There were five main award categories in total, of which nominees were selected not only by the Prama team but also by some of the clients they care for:
• Employee of the Year
• Newcomer of the Year
• Above and Beyond
• Best Attendance
• The Extra Mile Award
It was an emotional event with some beautiful and heartfelt comments, read by Donna Palmer, Prama’s Registered Manager, about the dedication and hard work of the
finalists. The winners were then officially announced by Prama Trustee, David Cawdery, Managing Director Hazel McAtackney and High Sheriff Callum Bremner JP.
Huge congratulations to the incredible winners who were presented with a personalised Prama trophy;
Tracey Cane, Inna Taranets, Nora Balog, Nicola Patnell and Vaclav Kiraly.
A big thank you to Lush and Jimmy’s Iced Coffee for donating some special treats for the event goodie bags and to Upton Bay Care Home – Barchester Healthcare for their hospitality and for providing an incredible venue for the afternoon to host the 2025 PramaCare Awards.
