At PramaLife, we are committed to supporting older adults in the community, through our range of support groups, special interest activities, telephone befriending and much more, our aim is to improve the quality of life for older adults and their carers, as well as people living with memory loss and other long term health conditions across Dorset.

PramaLife currently provides 71 support groups across the BCP conurbation and East Dorset as well as one to one support either via the telephone or face to face. PramaLife supports just over 2,000 people each year. The aim of running our variety of support services and engaging activities through Dorset communities, is to enhance the quality of later life and enable the people we support to make their own decisions about the help they need.
